Mr. Williams will be signing his memoir \u201cMoon River and Me\u201d in the afternoon and then be given the Lifetime Achievement Award Friday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Festival headquarters are at the Judy Garland Museum and historic family home and adjacent Children\u2019s Discovery Museum in Grand Rapids, the northern Minnesota resort town where Judy\u2019s family lived when she was a little girl.
