POINT LOOKOUT, MO.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0On\u00a0Friday, Sept. 22, 2017<\/span>, College of the Ozarks will be hosting the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) as part of their 91st<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary Convoy.<\/p>\n In honor of the Convoy\u2019s 91st<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary, the historic vehicles will be set up in the Ralph Foster Museum parking lot from\u00a09:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/span>\u00a0for guests to enjoy, and the museum will be offering complimentary admission to guests on the day of the event.<\/p>\n The Convoy will have approximately 65 historic military vehicles (HMVs) that will retrace the original\u00a01926 Route 66<\/a>\u00a0which begins in Chicago, Illinois, and travels through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and ends in California. Their journey covers a total of 2,448 miles.<\/p>\n The College is pleased to partner with the MVPA to honor our Veterans.<\/p>\n
