Branson, Mo. — “Raiding the Country Vault” arrived in Branson to great fanfare, opening at The Mansion Theatre in early May. Rising quickly to the #4 slot for Branson shows/attractions on TripAdvisor, the show has received great reviews on the popular social media site — “This show was awesome! It took us from the earliest country music to very recent. The musician performers were fantastic! All had major credentials, and together formed a brilliant, perfect cast. This show is at the very top of my list, and I’ve seen a lot of fabulous Branson and New York shows! See this show! You won’t be disappointed!” according to a recent post by DHarris.
The show was a longtime vision of Sir Harry Cowell and music industry legend Simon-Napier Bell, former manager of the Yardbirds and Wham. The production brings chart-topping Nashville stars together with musicians who have played behind Country music’s most iconic acts, performing a set list featuring the biggest hits and the history of America’s most beloved music genre.
“Having the most talented lineup of performers is essential to putting on a show like ‘Raiding the Country Vault’,” said Producer Sir Harry Cowell. “The songs performed are definitive country music hits and all of our musicians have the extraordinary skill and experience to bring that music to life.”

“Raiding The Country Vault” delivers Country music’s most renowned favorites by legendary artists including: Conway Twitty, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Charlie Daniels Band, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Dwight Yoakum, George Strait and many, many more. The impressive lineup of stars in “Raiding The Country Vault” features Musical Director Michael Peterson on lead vocals and guitar, best loved for his #1 hits “Drink, Swear, Steal & Lie” and “From Here To Eternity”; Colt Prather on lead vocals and lead guitar, who has worked with Alan Jackson and Ronnie Milsap; Michelle Poe on lead vocals and bass, who has worked with Brooks & Dunn and Hank Williams Jr.; Billy Yates on lead vocals and guitar, best known as a hit songwriter for George Strait, Kenny Chesney, George Jones and many others; Danielle Peck on lead vocals best known for her hits “Finding A Good Man” and “I Don’t.” Backing up these artists is an all-star band that has shared the stage with the biggest names in Country music for decades and features Steve Ramsey on keys; Scott Kwapaszeski on pedal steel and banjo; Derrek Phillips on drums and two-time “Fiddler of The Year,” Branson’s very own, Melody Hart.
October 1 is the last performance of the 2016 season and the show will re-open in Branson mid-March 2017 at THE STARLITE THEATRE The producers are also planning to bring in “Raiding the Rock Vault” from Las Vegas for select summer dates. “Raiding the Rock Vault” features musicians from famous bands in classic rock that recreate the timeless music of an entire generation.

World Renowned Rock Opera Mixes with State-of-the-Art Technology to Bring New Entertainment and Younger Audiences to Branson This Season

(BRANSON, MO) — In an epic union of 21st century technology and classic music brilliance, the Branson Music City Centre opens the 2016 season with a rock opera in tribute to the world-famous Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

The show, which raised its curtains at 7 p.m., Thursday, May 5, is poised to breathe fresh air into the Branson entertainment scene, alluring a younger audience and families.

The theatre, redesigned with a “Digitally Immersive” technology, will be the first and only of its kind in the Branson area. The technology incorporates a jumbo 150-foot wide by 40-foot high digital projection set that is designed to play 180-degrees around the theatre, literally immersing the audience in scenes from the storylines that correspond with the music.

“The immersion allows the audience to see, feel, hear, and think the music,” said Martin Mitchell, General Manager of the theatre. “There will also be a front and rear projection video mapping special effects solution that will deliver state-of-the-art live action special effects that really have to be seen to believe or understand.”

The Immersion Theatre technology is the brainchild of Holoworx Productions. This theatre technology is only in 11 venues worldwide, two of those in the United States. Branson is one of them.

Complimenting and launching the technology is the St. Louis group, Denial 3. Touring as a Tribute to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Denial 3’s theatrical performances have been igniting stages nationwide for the last nine years. The founder and lead guitarist of Denial 3 has been endorsed by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

“Because of the nature of our show, the music genre, the technology that goes into building an immersive experience, we know that people 8 to 80 years old will want to come,” says Martin Mitchell, General Manager. “No one else offers this type of show or technology. We believe it will get our audience excited and keep them coming back to Branson.”
