Seminar on the Employee Free Choice Act/Card Check Bill

Organized labor’s top legislative priority is the deceptively-named Employee Free Choice Act, better known as the Card Check Bill. If passed, the secret ballot election will be gone! If negotiations fail, a government mediator will impose mandatory binding arbitration the company will be obligated to honor for two years.
