Open to Marines, Veterans and the General Public
Tickets may be picked up between October 1st and November 9th. Seating will be limited so please make your reservations as soon as possible.
Keynote Speaker: Col. James Sims, Marine (Retired)
Currently Col. James Sims, Marine (Retired) is the Commander of the National Military Order of the Purple Heart. He was commissions a Second Lieutenant and served in the U.S. Marines for 26 years, retiring in 1988 as a Colonel.
Including his many assignments, he was also instructor at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College as well as Aide to the White House Chief of Staff. When Jim retired, he was the Chief of Political Military Analysis for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was wounded in December of 1966 while a Company Commander in Viet Nam.
